                 Port Klang also provide the services such as:

·         Free Commercial Zone

·         Container Terminal

Information system and technology enable firms to create a new products, services and business model.  This also attracts more peoples to drop by at this port because of all the benefits.

3. CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER INTIMACY  

           Port Klang was using an advanced technology and also good in management system.  With this driver, customer and supplier are having good communication in dealing and selling with the organization. They will freely ask or said any suggestion or recommendation about this port.  

4. IMPROVED DECISION MAKING

      Real time-data improves ability of managers to make any decisions. Port Klang Authority has identified additional facilities as part of its supply-driven policies. When Westport is completed, the facilities at Port Klang will be sufficient to handle the projected cargo throughput 130.5 million tonnes by the year 2010.Container projection then will be 8.4 million TEUs. That is one of their major decision making.

5. COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

            Competitive advantage is about how a company keep competing and beating other company in the same field. Like example, Port Klang is having competition in this field with few of famous and well-known port in Malaysia especially. Like Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Johor Port and others.Port Klang ranked top 13th container port in the world.

                   Survival is a must doing in business in order to keeping up with other competitors/ port in the world. Every port or any organization have to survive to make sure that they will success and be the best choice for customer. So, to make sure that their organization success, each one of them have their own features. Port Klang is a port that working towards increasing hinterland cargo volume to achieve more sustainable business model.
