skills is
a sociological term relating to a person's "EQ"
(Emotional Intelligence Quotient), the
cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal
habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize relationships with other
people. Soft skills complement
hard skills which are the occupational requirements of a job and many other
activities.

Soft skill is very
important part of individual behaviour in an organization which relates with a
person’s skill and ability to accomplish a certain kind of task or activity
whether in and outside of workplace. So, soft skills are required out by
employers in addition to standard qualification. Soft skills provide a way to get the highest return on investment when considering human capital.
The best way how to achieve the objectives in organization is use the best soft skills . Particularly some
organizations which train their staff dealing with customers face-to-face are mostly successful because the information can reach to customer directly. In IT profession, soft skill is a way which relate to people work in communicate whether formally and informally and manage employee in their work role.
